Tranqui
Tender by day, a legend by night. A game about a capybara in a lagoon on the Uruguayan coast.

The challenge
Making a stylized 3D world with a Uruguayan identity that runs well on a computer, in a browser, on a phone and inside a virtual-reality headset.
What we built
We built the game and its engine, Hornero, on Godot. All the 3D art is generated by code, every model has levels of detail so the whole world fits in a headset, the web version weighs under 40 MB and our own API, with its metrics dashboard, shows anonymously how people play.
The outcome
The first afternoon is already playable in the browser and on phones, and the engine now stands on its own for other games.
